王光宏，男，1987年生，河南省光山县人，工学博士/博士后，江苏师范大学高级工程师，硕士生导师。任广东省造船工程学会专家、徐州市科协入库专家。2016年9月毕业于华南理工大学机械制造及其自动化专业，获工学博士学位。
2016年9月至2019年11月先后任中国船舶集团广船国际有限公司技术中心总师室主任设计师、机电设计部副部长、广船国际有限公司科技应用所所长助理等职，其间：2017年7月至2019年7月在华南理工大学/中山广船国际船舶与海洋有限公司从事在职博士后科研工作。2019年12月至今，在江苏师范大学机电工程学院工作，其间：2020年8月至2021年8月在江苏省泰州市海陵区科技局挂职任副局长。
先后获江苏省青年托举人才、广州市青年托举人才、中山市高层次人才、中船集团青年专家、广州市南沙区骨干人才等奖励。
研究方向：
机械关键运动零部件的表面强化、摩擦磨损和疲劳性能；船舶与海洋工程装备防腐技术及相关机电产品研发。
科研工作：先后主持了中国博士后基金、中船集团创新计划项目、中船集团软课题项目、江苏省高校自然科学研究面上项目、江苏省科协青年人才托举工程项目、国家工程技术中心开放基金、江苏师范大学A类博士支持项目等项目，核心参研了国家工信部高技术船舶专项、国家国防科工局JPPT项目、总装YY项目等项目，与广东省科学院材加所、钢铁研究总院特钢所、中船动力研究院、兵器617厂等科研院所及相关企业有良好的合作关系。
科研成果：
先后发表SCI、EI等论文20余篇，申请发明专利10余项，任《International journal of fatigue》、《Materials Science and Engineering: A》、《Industrial Lubrication and Tribology》等国际期刊审稿人。
